  • Pregnant woman, children under 6 years, persons surpassing 300 lbs, with mobility issues or other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this tour. Children should know how to swim.
  • Minimum amount of persons required for tour to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation with less than 24 hours anticipation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
  • Cancellation policy is 7 days (1 week) prior to the activity date in order to authorize refunds.
  • This tour does not arrive to a pier, you must swim in order to get to the shore
  • Tour destination may change the day before if it has not met the minimum required to operate.
  • Total estimate duration of 8.5 hours includes: 2.5 hours driving time and 6 hours on boat
  • Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour.
  • Please travel light and only bring the necessary to the tour. Leave behind electronic devices, any important documentation like passport, large sums of cash or credit cards. Cell phones should have waterproof case. Bespoke Lifestyle Management will not be responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
  • Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or not following instructions the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This tour company cancelled this trip at 4PM the night before. Had no explanation and did not offer any replacement. The same operator cancelled our tour to El Yunque the same week. We were able to book a snorkel trip to the same island with East Island Excursions on a catamaran for the same price. That was an exceptional experience both in terms of the snorkeling and the quality (beautiful reefs, wonderful lunch buffet, unlimited drinks on way back, pleasant attentive crew). After snorkeling on Calebra, they took us to a beautiful and isolated beach on Calebrita. had to scramble to find it though. Recommend looking at East island excursions and do not book with this company!!!!!!
