The tour guide did a great job of showing us how to use the segways. Very easy to maneuver even on cobblestones and up hills. We got to see a lot of great sites in San Juan and he provided so much history of San Juan. It was a wonderful tour and saw so much more and were less tired than if we had walked. A really great tour!

Our guide was fantastic! Very informative and knowledgeable about the history of old San Juan. The Segways were fun to ride and only took a few minutes to learn how to ride them. A must tour! It allowed us to see the major sites and history while saving our energy for walking and shopping in old San Juan.

Jose the owner is very unprofessional. He is very rude and opinionated concerning the history of PR. He has a clear distain towards U.S. citizens and very vocal about PR being a U.S. territory making many negative comments about U.S. and politics. He has very far left political views which have no place in this tour. He got very angry a couple of times on this tour when my husband disagreed with his political opinions. I have read other reviews that are similar to mine about Jose. I guess if I can say something good we did enjoy riding the segways versus walking because Old San Juan is very hilly, and we saw the main attractions in the city. I would recommend choosing another company that just wants to show you their beautiful city without the negative comments
