We pickup in Hotels/ Acomodations and Airbnb in the San Juan Metro Area (Old San Juan, Condado, Miramar, Isla Verde), Dorado, Humacao, Rio Grande, Luquillo, Fajardo, Ponce and Rincon.

  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • This transfer is only available for pickups in San Juan metro (Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar and Old San Juan), Dorado, Rio Grande, Luquillo, Fajardo and Humacao
  • Service will be provided on a Ford E350, Kia Sedona or Toyota Sienna. Assigned vehicle will be based on availability at the time of your pickup.
  • At time of booking, passengers must provide name, address of the pickup, time of the pickup and telephone number while abroad.
  • Please add in the special requirements at what time would you like to pick you up.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was easy to communicate with the driver, he was prompt, had a professional appearance and a clean vehicle. It was annoying that the first half of the trip and again at the end of the trip the driver did not wear his seatbelt. The constant dinging of the alarm was quite annoying.

Carlos communicates well for the meet up and is a safe driver. We went from Pier 4 to airport and went well.
