Worst place ever, had a reservation to surprise my husband, paid and was confirmed only to get there, with no communication whatsoever no one showed up. I had to cal Viator

Was cancelled by the operator. Paid the money and then got a confirmation to only receive a cancellation from them hours later. Viator customer service was helpful in trying to locate another, but after I paid, that one was cancelled as well.

The driver was very professional and nice. Car very clean. He called as soon as we were off the plane to let me know he was there. So he was prompt as well.
