Riders zip through the upper canopy of the trees using a cable and a safety rope, witnessing the stunning rainforest scenery all around. Participants will depart and arrive at platforms available on each section. A member of the zipline staff will make your line change on each platform. This approximately 2 hour experience includes associated fitted and secured hardware and harnesses, checked by the zipline Staff.

  • Minimum age is 8 years (legal document will be signed)
  • Weight maximum limit is 250 pounds (113 kg). All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking.
  • Should not participate if: pregnant, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or if you have severe health conditions
  • What to wear: Pants or leggings (short or long), close shoes (sneakers, hiking shoes), if long hair use a low bun or pony tail.
  • What NOT to wear: Bathing suits, sandals, water shoes or skirts.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great experience for a first timer! Staff was very friendly and helpful and the gradually more intense runs were awesome to acclimate you to the final big two.

The experience with Rainforest Zipline was amazing, the crew were all super helpful and patient, especially with my teen who was nervous and doing this for the first time (trying to conquer her fear of heights)...I would definitely recommend this for first timers or anyone who wanted to practice the experience of trust and letting go, with beautiful views to add to that!
