I was excited about booking this excursion because I’ve been on other tours with other drivers with Viator and it was a success. I was expecting so much more with this company providing they offered such a classy vehicle. First up they promised English speaking chauffeur, NOT. I couldn’t understand the driver’s broken English and he couldn’t understand me. We spent the first hour on the phone with Viator trying to cancel this event which was unsuccessful. They had to wait for them to reply to a email, which came a day late. Too many hands in the POT. You pay Viator, they pay a company that then sub contracts a chauffeur driver that does this kind of service. The driver has NO interest in you or showing you around. Wouldn’t do so much as take to a picture for you. After losing the first hour everything else felt rushed. The driver has no idea of any points of interests drove around in circles and wasted our day. This had to be one of the worst excursions we’ve had. This company is a rip off. A $420 ride into town which I could have easily spent only $5 with a Uber without being rushed. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BOOK, straight TRASH!

Gregory was a great driver. Took us everywhere we wanted to go and then some. Was very knowledgeable about Puerto Rico. It was a beautiful day. Enjoyed our Pina Coladas! Wish we had more time to spend there, but have to get back to ship. Had NY connection with Gregory. Thank you very much. The Flogel Family
