Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Vehicles are not always equipped with baby seats. Our flight arrived earlier than expected. We waited outside for possibly 10 minutes and the driver showed up and felt so bad that we waited a short time that we were offered a private car instead of the shared vehicle we had purchased. Will be using grayline again in the future. Thank you and God bless.

Visitor charges were too outrageously very expensive. Reserved transportation from airport to our hotel. Our hotel was 10 mins away! I could taken a taxi or ever an Uber ride. I could have save a $100.00 for that trip… How could this company be on this business ripping off customers! I’m going all on social media so the rest of world would stop using them.

I most appreciate the clear instructions we followed to avoid the sales and time share reps that tried to stop us after leaving customs. We quickly located the Gray Line reps who put us with our driver. Amazing service!
