Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Vehicles are not always equipped with baby seats. Someone screw up and young guy couldn't find my name on list.We have to wait for long time to fix it then wait for car about 30 minutes

I am not a person who writes bad reviews but I have actually spoken to them twice and the young man who answers the phone is quite overbearing.
1. The first call I made was to request the exact location of where they were at the airport and their response was: "Ask because everyone knows us" -I consider that this is not a logical answer, if you call you want them to tell you how to get there or what uniform they wear.
2. I called another day to request a schedule change and the same young man told me that they have opening hours and that my change was not appropriate, that he will call another day, so they should be super specific in this regard so as not to call at specific times. that you cannot make the corresponding changes.
The transfer service is good but the customer service on the phone is horrible, I hope you can give feedback to this young man (I know it's the same one because of the tone of voice and his name - I'm not going to name him so as not to burn him) because in the end One speaks for help and the least we expect is that they treat you badly with that type of response.

We confirmed the pick up and where we were going prior to arriving in Puerto Vallarta. The trip was paid before we arrived. Upon arrival, we were charged extra money f
and it was only confirmed one way. We paid for a round trip ticket. We have no way to get ahold of anybody except for emails. We have sent 2 and no response.
