the agent was gone when we got there to the bathroom and had to wait for a long time, then when we were leaving we had a 12:50 pick up time that was changed to a later time without any notice, we almost left in a taxi and was going to request a refund.

We hired airport transport -hotel-airport and everything in time and wonder, also they offered us a package to go for a walk in the bay of Vallarta, which we hired and treated us wonderfully, also everything offered fulfilled, all the super friendly people from the driver of the van that transported us, to the captain and the sailor who assigned us on the small Yacht. I would personally hire him back

I arrived in Puerto Vallarta on Thurs, 5/30. My flight was delayed by an hour and a half. I entered my flight information when booking. When I arrived in the pick up area, the service had already left. I was unable to contact anybody regarding my booking and had to take a taxi to my hotel. There was no communication from the company whatsoever and I was not able to contact the company. The airport transfer was prepaid and I did not receive a refund. I would NOT recommend this company. It’s easy to take a taxi or Uber from the airport, so I would recommend doing that to avoid double paying for the transfer.
