Come and learn how to make chocolate ! • Located in the heart of the city center of Puerto Vallarta, ChocoMuseo will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about Mexican cacao and chocolate. • We offer chocolate workshops for those in search of a hands on, unforgettable experience. • During 2 hours, you will learn everything about cacao and chocolate, discover how to temper dark chocolate and make a flavored ganache with cream, prepare filled chocolates bonbons and truffles and take them with you.
  • Dark chocolate, ganache and toppings
  • Tour guide within the ChocoMuseo
  • Apron, hat and chocolate mold for the duration of the workshop
  • Transportation to and from the museum
  • If you enjoyed the workshop, you can give a customary tip from 15% to 20% to your teatcher.

Almost three ours of very entertaining class on how to make chocolate. Be prepared to sit for long stretches on stools. You will be involved in making ganache and chocolate truffles. You take away what you make, unless you eat it first.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We found the facilitator, Rod, to be passionate, informative, and helpful throughout the entire day! We enjoyed the cultural and historical elements of the class. Also, the tasty chocolate was the cherry on top! Definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting PVR!

It was amazing! My sons is so picky but he actually really enjoyed it! It was so interesting to learn so much about chocolate I was a bit surprised but really liked it. Our teacher Rodrigo was great, he made it so interesting and fun and interactive for my son he really got him involved and he’s usually hesitating for stuff like this but he loved it! Really liked the whole experience. Made our filling first got to add whatever we wanted, then made the truffles, let those freeze a bit then made our outer chocolate shell and filled them! Got the alcohol bottles out like tequila kahlua and many others more there were about 6 or so where you can add that and so many toppings like coffee beans chilli ginger, salt, cinnamon anything you could think of it was there and we took so many boxes home and ate them all it was great! I really recommend for the family or couples anyone can go I was surprised I enjoyed it so much
