Come and learn how to make chocolate ! • Located in the heart of the city center of Puerto Vallarta, ChocoMuseo will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about Mexican cacao and chocolate. • We offer chocolate workshops for those in search of a hands on, unforgettable experience. • During 2 hours, you will learn everything about cacao and chocolate, discover how to temper dark chocolate and make a flavored ganache with cream, prepare filled chocolates bonbons and truffles and take them with you.
  • Dark chocolate, ganache and toppings
  • Tour guide within the ChocoMuseo
  • Apron, hat and chocolate mold for the duration of the workshop
  • Transportation to and from the museum
  • If you enjoyed the workshop, you can give a customary tip from 15% to 20% to your teatcher.

Had a fantastic time learning how to make bonbons and truffles with Zoar! It was a fun, hands-on class led by a truly great teacher. If you’re a chocolate lover, I highly recommend it!

Was a Great Experience! Zoar was a Great and Patient teacher! Learned lots learned about tempering chocolate. Reallly enjoyed ourselves and well worth the money. Don’t hesitate, coming from a bunch of Hosers from Pumphandle Alberta, we give it 5/5!

This was such a fun experience to do with my partner and mom! Our teacher, Rod, was so engaging and fun! We learned, laughed, are lots of chocolate, and made wonderful memories. Great for a single person, couples, and families!
