From there, we will walk along the coast and through the jungle to reach Colomitos Beach, Madagascar Beach, and Las Ánimas Beach. We may spot birds, iguanas, and whales during the winter season. We weren't expecting the hike to be as rugged as it was. We are experienced hikers in good shape and can handle steep climbs. However there is a lot of scrambling over large boulders so be prepared. However, it was very beautiful, and our guide explained a lot about the history, culture and natural environment. Finished with a delicious lunch on the beach. Great day out.
