Our boats are fast, comfortable and safe, our guides know perfectly how to assist you on the boat, during the in water activity and hidden beach access.     We depart around 9 am from Marina Vallarta. At just 10 minutes, the Ameca river provides great views and is the perfect spot to find some dolphins having breakfast. After the first 15 minutes we arrive downtown, but during the winter, the ocean provides great wildlife on the way out like dolphins, turtles, manta rays and whales. Arriving at Los Arcos National Park we will provide the snorkel gear and we will teach you how to use the gear and life jackets and provide some important information to improve your in-water skills to make your activity fun and safe.

Went on the Los Arcos snorkeling trip with some college friends and we had so much fun! Erik was THE BEST snorkel guide we could have asked for. They were so accommodating to our needs & made sure each of us had the best time! 10/10 recommend Eco Explorer!!

Great tour. The guides were amazing blending fun with safety. Carlos and Martine were first rate. I highly recommend them and the snorkeling tour.

We snorkeled Los Arcos and Majahuitas and it was an amazing experience! It was the first time my family members had gone snorkeling and their first time did not disappoint! We saw sea turtles, eagle rays, eels, pufferfish, sea urchins, and so many beautiful fish. Visibility was really good. My 6 year old got scared after about 5 minutes in the water and Rodrigo (our guide) was super patient, offering her the life preserver to hang on to which she eventually ended up sitting on while I pushed her. It was a laid back atmosphere. A few of my family members did not snorkel Majahuitas and it was perfectly fine for them to sit on the boat. One of the scuba divers on our boat decided to snorkel Majahuitas instead and that was perfectly fine, too. We received sandwiches afterward and they were delicious. We were even able to see a whale while on our way out to Los Arcos. I asked my son if he would snorkel again and he said "Absolutely". I highly recommend this company and experience.
