Arriving at stick green we wanted to use the kayak and banana, we asked if there was a problem and they told us it was okay, when we wanted to leave the kayak Right where we took it, a guy from the crew made us surround the boat to leave the kayak, after that he refused to get us on the banana (float) to use it. I don’t pay for their fun but for mine and my family, when they return they increase the volume of the music too much, the whole experience was spoiled by those details.

Worst tour ever honestly of my life- and I’ve lived all over the world!!!!!! Please don’t ever book this unless you want to be completely mislead. Terrible service with a boat tour that lasted 8 hours. What we thought would be a relaxing tour and a faster boat wound up being the most miserable experience with loud music, terrible food, gross drinks, and an awful trip that we will never forgot- you will also get sea sick bc this boat took 1.5 hours longer to get to the destination than the water taxi did on our way back. We left the tour (ditched it!!!!!!!) and took a water taxi back- DON’T BOOK THIS!!!!!!

A nightmare!!!! We were blatantly lied to and mislead. If you enjoy waiting over 2 hours in the sun and heat because the “9:30 departure” is at noon, taking a water taxi to the catamaran and boarding in wholly unsafe conditions, only to be herded like cattle onto a boat that is stuffed with more than 200 people and a completely inadequate number of plastic chairs that are squeezed together so tightly you’re unable to move, as well as a disgustingly filthy bathroom, then this might be for you. Oh and then there’s the breakfast and lunch! The breakfast was an inedible batch of soggy, watery chilaquiles and a glass of Tang. Oh, and the incessant full volume microphone announcements continually trying to get passengers to purchase more things, horseback rides, etc., was deafening and terribly annoying. And, The Bay was visibly teeming with jelly fish and yet they still encouraged people to snorkle! Those foolish enough to do so reboarded in pain with nasty welts & rashes after being stung. When we stopped for lunch - (leaving the ship was again a scary & unsafe process,) the restaurant refused to serve us till 2:30 - an hour wait - because the boat arrived early. Exhausted, hungry, dehydrated, frustrated, hot and sweaty, we’d absolutely had it! We hired a water taxi and got the hell out of Hell!!! SHAME ON YOU FRANK for selling us a bill of goods! Beware of Conman Frank. If a pleasant day on the water is your goal, this is not for you!
