  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was some what disappointed with this service. Pre-arrival was exceptional, however, once I arrived, it became very difficult. First, they sent me a picture of where to meet the driver, but he wasn't there. It took about 30 minutes, many calls and some frustration to locate the driver. I thought this was going to be an SUV travel and it wasn't. I was a smaller hatchback so the advertisement was very misleading. Probably wouldn't use this company again.

Loved how they had a sign with my name when I exited the airport. Pickup was easy. I would use them again.
