This experience was the highlight of my time in Puerto Vallarta! Analí was absolutely amazing with such a bright spirit and passion for all things chocolate. She was friendly and patient and did an exceptional job of walking me through the entire process of making, tempering, testing, pouring, molding and tasting chocolate. In addition to learning the process from beam to bar, I also got a chance to make my very own chocolate bars to take home with me. I would highly recommend this experience!

Excellent experience! I'm so glad we chose the private tour. It was well worth every penny we spent! There were three of us on this tour, myself, my husband, and my Mom. Our tour guide Erik was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. Also, I want to add Erik was accommodating for my mom as she was slow and needed help in and out of the SUV.
