We had two groups arriving in PVR around the same time but from different cities. Our larger group of 6 had mechanical problems with our plane that caused it to miss our connecting flight so we were unable to get to PVR on the day we had scheduled the shuttle. I was able to chat with the tour operator to alert him of the changes. From the reports I’ve received from the part of our group that made it, they said it was a great experience and the only way to deal with the crazy gauntlet at the PVR airport. We look forward to seeing it firsthand later today when we hopefully, finally reach Puerto Vallarta

Orlando is amazing! We communicated prior to our arrival to PVR and he assured us that he would be there with a sign. He texted me when my plane landed and we were greeted as soon as we walked out. Cold drinks and a clean cool (a/c) vehicle. We made arrangements to have him transfer our party of four to our next hotel. Will definitely book with him the next time we are in PVR.

Driver never showed after waiting for an hour outside with my family I looked for all names held by drivers but mine was not there. I asked other tour companies but no one knew of this company and no operator was listed on ticket!
