Boat: Once you have exited the gated cruise ship area, go inside Puerto Mágico Shopping Mall (The yellow building next to Dock 1).

For Cruise Ship Passengers we offer two transportation options (by boat or by land).

Meeting Point Land:

Once you have exited the gated cruise ship area, follow the sidewalk alongside the main street (Francisco Medina Ascencio) and pass the PEMEX Gas Station. The Los Veranos Office is located in the same parking lot as CHEDRAUI Playa De Oro Grocery Store. Approximately a 5-minute walk from the exit gate of the Cruise Ship Terminal. Your Tour is on Puerto Vallarta local time (CST), not ship time.

Meeting Point Boat:

Once you have exited the gated cruise ship area, go inside Puerto Mágico Shopping Mall (The yellow building next to Dock 1). Once you are inside, go to the second floor using the electric stairs. You will find the check-in area on the right-hand side and you will see the Los Veranos Canopy logo.

  • Our Land Transportation option is suggested for pregnant women, children under 5 years or people with a heart condition, back pain or shoulder problems to enjoy all the other activities.
  • Please arrive to our meeting point 15 minutes prior your selected departure time
  • We offer two departure options (land or sea), me sure to follow the appropriate pick up instructions
  • Your Tour is on Puerto Vallarta local time (CST), not ship time.
  • It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes and bring a swimsuit and a towel, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera with strap, extra cash, debit or credit card for lunch or souvenirs

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Just an amazing time for my family and I. The trip started with a fun and scenic speedboat trip across the bay to a quant cove/beach that looked to be frequented by the locals. Miguel was an excellent host who truly makes your time memorable. From there, an exciting Safari ride up the mountains to the Zip Lining location where you are suited up and greeted by the Zip Line crew. The whole crew was absolutely hilarious, but Pepe 'Jefe' was just simply the best. After an incredible time zipping through the mountains, over river valleys and through the canopy, you end up at a picturesque river oasis where you can swim, water slide, sunbathe and eat lunch. The food was great, the fresh water swim was refreshing to say the least. Summary - Amazing excursion that we would highly recommend. It was the highlight of our vacation! Thanks Los Veranos!
