It’s not hallucinogenic and doesn’t always come with a worm - Mezcal: Tequila’s smoky, mysterious, cool uncle. Despite Mezcal’s growing popularity in the liquor and cocktail scene, much of the product never even makes it to US or Canada due to trade restrictions and small batch quantities. This is your opportunity to try something new and see why this artisanal drink is receiving so much attention. A total of four quality, small distillery mezcals will be sampled throughout this hour and a half tasting.

Manny was our guide for the Mezcal tasting. It was a very enjoyable experience. I appreciated the instructions on how to taste the Mezcal and the paring with the salts was a party in my palate. Manny was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Such an amazing Mezcal tasting experience! Manny facilitated the tasting and he took the time to educate us on agaves and tequila and mezcal. The most fun was getting to sample and try all the mezcals with a variety of different salts!
