We enjoyed this tour, but felt like it was a little disorganized. We had conflicting information about our pick up location. The voucher said it was picking us up in one place, a follow up email had a different location, and we had a hard time getting clarification over the phone. Once we were on the tour, it was good. We stopped at a roadside stand for a coffee tasting. I realize this is more of a sales opportunity than a tasting, but I enjoyed it and don't mind getting to support the locals. At the Garden, I would have liked to have a little bit of time to wander on our own. Our guide, Omar was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt the need to stick with the group and there seemed to be a lot more of the garden to walk through. I especially enjoyed the history of the region that he provided on the van ride. It is clear that he loves that area and enjoys sharing it with others.

This trip was perfect! Our guide Gustavo was funny and knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The gardens were amazing!

The food at the Botanical Gardens is AMAZING. Don't miss the avacado salad. The gardens are very pretty and we saw some beautiful flowers enjoyed a nice hike to build up our appetites. The tequila tasting was an unexpected surprise and I really enjoyed it. Our food at the tequila tour was good and plentiful, but no comparison to the Botanical Gardens in our experience. I will make this trip again the next time I am in the area.
