I just wrote a long review that may not have gone through because I lost the internet connection. The summary of the long review is that we had difficulty finding your driver at the Bari airport. When we finally found him he was angry and berated me for taking so long to find him. We should have taken a taxi at that point, but we had already paid so we went with him. He calmed down by the time we reached our hotel and apologized for the incident at the airport. We travel frequently and always use a car service rather than taxis. This is the first time we have ever had a bad experience. We will not use Viator again.

Andrea was such a pleasant and accommadating driver. He called ahead to our host for help with carrying the luggage to the apartment and kept in touch with us for a return trip to the airport. A very caring person for his clients.
