The tour did not reflect what was advertised and fell significantly short of expectations. The guide appeared disengaged and uninterested throughout. In addition, several participants were unaware that this was a walking tour, including two people with disabilities. This created confusion, unnecessary delays, and at one point members of the group became lost, causing further disruption. Although the food element was of reasonable quality, it was rushed and poorly structured. The tour was advertised as lasting two hours, yet due to the lack of organisation and slow pace, we were unable to complete it properly and had to leave early to meet our travel arrangements. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and represented poor value for money. Under consumer protection principles, services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill and match the description provided at the time of booking. This tour did not meet those standards.
