You are at our home in the countryside,in the true and authentic atmosphere of the Salento countryside. Here the spontaneous plants become cocktails that look like "magic potions", in a perfect alchemy between the world of nature and the world of the bar and mixology. You will understand how mixology can become "wild" and how plants can be harvested, dried and transformed into infusions, flavored syrups and liqueurs, to be drunk alone or mixed. You may find yourself behind a table preparing your own wild cocktail, guided by Elia's art!

One of the most heartwarming, fun and friendliest couple I know on this planet. What Betty and Elia do, I’ve never experienced somewhere else. How and where they pick plants and seeds in order to turn it into a drink, from plant to glass, is unique. The knowledge they have of plants is very impressive, and they are more than happy to share everything they know. So if you’re looking for a unique experience, either in drinks, activities or in people, look no further. This is the place to be!

Consiglio vivamente di farsi trasportare da Elia e Betty nel magico mondo del foraging scoprendo le fantastiche erbe che il nostro territorio ci offre: LA PUGLIA! Tutto questo reso viene completato con una bellissima degustazione del risultato del loro lavoro giornaliero nel creare Vermouth e cocktail. P.s. allenerete anche i muscoli addominali a furia di ridere per colpa di Elia. ????♥️

Esperienza fantastica, Betty ed Elia sono persone meravigliose che ci hanno accolti sin da subito col sorriso ed uno splenido caffè alla carruba, consiglio vivamente a tutti di farsi raccontare e lasciarsi trasportare in ogni angolo del loro giardino tra aneddoti e battute terminando poi l'esperienza con un buonissimo drink!❤️ Voto 10. Ps. Tutto questo bellissimo si..ma la Parietaria?!????
