Stand-up Paddle (SUP) is a fantastic way to explore the spectacular beaches and caves of Polignano a Mare. After a short practical lesson we will begin paddling along the coast, which with its natural beauty will immediately make us disconnect from the world and become one with the marine environment that surrounds us. We will go to the discovery of bays, beaches, inlets in the rock and hidden corners of paradise. There will be an opportunity for a dip in these spectacular blue waters. Fun is guaranteed.

Seriousness and professionalism: I had booked and paid Thursday morning for Friday morning; in the afternoon they contacted me to tell me that the outing had been canceled due to the wind and therefore they made me choose whether to postpone or refund. Since we had to leave on Saturday morning I asked for a refund and already on Monday I had received the sum. Seriousness

Fantastic experience, we had the best time exploring the caves with very knowledgeable instructors - we were complete beginners and we felt confident and well looked after!! Was such a highlight of our trip and highly recommended.
