We booked a transport with My Transfer and also paid in advance. Unfortunately, we had a flight delay which I reported from Germany. (In addition, when booking Referral to the Transfer, you also give the flight number, which is actually pointless, since nobody looks at it). On arrival in the middle of the night, however, no one from My Transfer was there. After some back and forth we had to take a taxi which then took us to our booked hotel. This all went smoothly. Answer does not come from My Transfer either.... even the paid money will not repaid....just outrageous..... I would recommend everyone to keep their hands off this company....

Mytransfer nos recogió en el aeropuerto para llevarnos al hotel queríamos hacer dos tours pero al final decidimos solo tomar uno, el señor Jenary Hernández se molestó demasiado diciéndonos que debíamos tomar los tours solo con la empresa de el, pero nuestra agencia que fue falabella nos dice que no estábamos obligados a comprar los tours con ellos, my transfers debía recogernos en el hotel para llevarnos al aeropuerto pero se negaron a prestar el servio literal nos dijeron “los vehículos son míos y si subo aquí en se me de la gana” tengo un audio de esto que me enviaron. En los teléfonos que ellos brindan nunca dan respuesta… por favor no pasen un mal momento y no contraten este servicio y si su agente de viajes les da esta empresa para transportase cámbienla.

We just used mytransfers.com for our transfer from our airport hotel to our destination hotel. This was based on positive reviews we read about on various DR travel forums. We were a little worried as our driver was 15 minutes late. When we attempted to contact the driver on the numbers provided in the confirmation email, we were unable to reach him or anyone else. Once he arrived, everything went well. Our driver arrived in a new and very clean SUV. On our return trip back to PUJ airport, we used another company (Taxi2airport.com) which was less satisfactory as the SUV we rode in was considerably older and less clean. We will definitely use mytransfers.com again the next time we visit DR.
