The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Unfortunately the seas were rough on the day we were scheduled for fishing. Pescando y Comiendo took the initiative to call us the morning of our scheduled trip and cancel rather than have us go out on the boat in rough seas. They immediately refunded our money no questions asked! We really appreciate that and would definately to fishing with them in the future.

The pick-up from the hotel was about 20 minutes late ( I tried to call the company to inquire, but there was no answer) but the drive to the fishing was good. We paid for 4 people to fish, myself, my husband and 2-13 year old's, all of whom had not been deep sea fishing. There were 7 paying passengers on the boat and 3 fishing poles, how were we all supposed to fish? After getting on the fishing boat the seas were extremely rough. We all were standing in the back of the boat holding on tightly for our safety as there was only 1 chair for any of us to sit for 4 hours. We were told not to go into the boat cabin as the fumes from the gas may make us sick. I felt the seas were was very dangerous and no life jackets were offered. After almost falling out of the boat, my husband went to the top of the boat to sit and said that the bait was flying out of the water due to the rough seas (do fish jump out of the water at the bait?). After about 30 minutes into the boat ride my daughter got seasick and then 30 minutes later my son got seasick along with another paying passenger. They were all taken care of by the man on the boat, who did an amazing job. After an hour of constant sickness I asked if we could turn back due to the sea being so rough and there was no end in site of everyone’s sea sickness and the fact that none of us could handle the rough seas for another 3 hours. All of the guests were in agreeance to returning to shore, except 1. After returning to the beach, we were told a driver was there for us to return to our hotel. In my opinion, the excursion should have been cancelled due to the rough seas. I emailed the company to see if we could be reimbursed for any of our money, with no reply. We also paid the extra $48 for fish to be cooked after we caught it. There should be a disclaimer that if you don’t catch fish you will not get to eat and you will not be reimbursed. I would not have paid for this ahead of time. Not a reputable company, BEWARE!
