I enjoyed my excursions with the company, my transport was a little delayed but they communicated regarding the issue very well. The ATV tour was really fun. I loved the photographer, he took so many great candid shoots of me, which I really appreciated since I was solo and didn't have my friends there to take good pics of me. I would absolutely book with them again.

Great communication. Friendly knowledgeable staff. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the equipment is pretty outdated. High pressure sales tactics at the first stop. Overall it was a great experience I would use them again.

My biggest issue with this tour is how misleading the description of it is. There are NO mountains or lush tropical trails. The horse back ride is 10 mins, not on the beach. The tour guides were nice, but everyone was trying to finagle money out of you at every turn, which got annoying. The driver was 50 mins late! And the whole excursion from door to door took 6 hours, plus the almost hour we waited in the lobby. You def need protective eyewear ( sunglasses or googles). And Bring lots of cash if you want to buy anything bc you will be hassled at every stop you make! The beach was very pretty, and the cave was cool! The atv’s were fine, def saw nicer ones driving all around us with different tour groups. The poor horses were very thin, and there was no ride on the beach, just a 10 min walk at the very end of the excursion down the ranch’s dirt path. The tour van is a joke. Dirty and old. We made the best of it, and still had some fun, but if you book this tour expect to be haggled for money, and have a second rate tour. The Chocolate factory is also a three sided building where they try to sell you more things. The concept is fun, but I think there are different companies that would do a much better, higher quality job.
