    A stop is made at the natural swimming pool at Playa Palmilla, about 200 or 300 meters from the beach line, with the water at the knees or at the waist, to enjoy the perfect scenery and climate. Bathers have to enjoy around 800 meters parallel to the beach, between the white sand and the huge coral terrace that separates the natural pool from the open sea and that makes this geological wonder possible.

Meh. It wasn’t terrible, but I have experienced better in DR for the same price so this was a bit underwhelming. But positive thing first, the crew was very nice! They really tried to make it a great experience and people enjoyed that. But Biggest issue was the company Packed WAYYYYY too many people on the boat. Nowhere to sit or relax. Then they brought even more people on board half way through the tour from a small speed boat at which point I was squished. Also Natural swimming pool we stopped by was not the one with clear water Im used to in DR. This one is mucky green/brown. Again, it’s okay if you don’t expect much.
