Entreprise non sérieuse, nous avons payé une prestation avec prise en charge transport depuis l’hôtel à 14h00, le matin par Whatsup on nous propose un créneau à 10h00 ou alors on devait se débrouiller par nos propre moyen pour leurs rejoindre dans une station à une 20min de l’hôtel. On a payer plus 80$usd pour y être et à la fin, ils ne sont pas là. Pour débiter l’argent il n y’a pas eu de soucis. On n’y crois pas pour le remboursement. A fuire.

If you have to book something, don't do it with them!! They're the worst in organisation and they dont respect the client as they should. The activity is realy nice, a fun moment and the cenote is beautiful. My only advice is to do it with another company.

Turistfelle. Kjøring i kjedelig landskap. Ta med drikke, det inkluderte vannet får du først helt på slutten av en kjedelig omvisning på en plantasje og etter du har kjøpt drikke. Ta med bandana og badesko, de krever $10 for bandana og $30 for badesko. 15% ved bruk av kredittkort. Du finner helt sikkert bedre turer for denne prisen og den totale opplevelsen.
