Top notch. From the pick up at the resort to the drop back off. We had an amazing time. The crew was fantastic, fun and super hospitable. Highly recommend this tour!

Booking our Punta Cana adventure with Renny Travel was the best decision we made! Right from the start, their team was all about professionalism, making everything super smooth for us. What really impressed us was how Renny Travel adapted to our needs. They were super flexible, tweaking our itinerary on the fly to make sure we got the most out of our trip. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our experience special. The guides were awesome, too; they were knowledgeable, but more importantly, they were fun! They really knew how to make every moment enjoyable. It’s the little things that count, and Renny Travel nailed it. They paid attention to details and made sure everyone in our group was having a great time. They went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The trip started out great (pickup and boarding) picked up on time and handed us wrist bands and got on the boat quickly and allowed to play our own music. Once in the ocean, they take a long time before serving drinks. I would say about 1 hr. before drinks are served. We were told CHOREOGRAPHIC DANCES not one person danced. Once we arrived to shallow waters for swimming they prepared lunch, unfortunately we went with tacos and had a group of 24 adults and 3 kids, the lunch did not give. They bring out a small platter and had to sail to another dock because they ran out of tacos. Unfortunately 6 adults left without eating and for $55 a person (including kids) plus tax I feel was a rip off. I contacted Renny Travel and informed them of the issue and they offered no reimbursement or compensation. We basically paid $66(inc tax) for 10-15 min of snorkeling and swimming which we could have done for far less.
