The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

My friends and I took a trip to the DR a month ago and booked this tour. We really enjoyed the zip lining and buggies. The horse back riding was just ok. I’d say it was maybe 10-15 minutes that we were on the horses. Our guide was Chris. He was very nice and a great guide the whole day. He told us he’d give us a deal for a tour the next day that included atv, cave swimming, and seeing monkeys. So we book the tour for the next day and got SCAMMED! We were picked up from our resort later than the time we were told and the spent the next 2 hours picking up other people for the tour. Once we get to the place that was supposed to be doing the excursion, they only had dune buggies. We talked to multiple different workers telling them we signed up for atv, cave swimming, and monkeys and no one knew anything about it. I messaging Chris about the situation and he said we would get to do everything but yet no one knew what he was talking about when we told the workers. I even spoke to Chris’ supervisor (Robert) on the phone and he had no idea what I was talking about when I told him we booked atv, cave swimming, and monkeys. The workers at the place we were brought to, thankfully drove us 45 minutes back to our resort. Our whole last day of our trip was wasted! We asked for a refund and Chris did come to our resort and give us our money back but was pissed about it and had to tell me he borrowed the money because his boss didn’t want to refund us. He also told me how he was suspended from work for a week because of the misunderstanding. Not my fault he sold us a fake excursion that he lied about!
