I don’t often take the time to write reviews but this one is a must. From the time of booking to returning home, I received quick responses. Our flight was canceled due to the global outage and we needed to switch hotels and delay our transfer to the airport by two days. Neither were issues and they were accommodating and even checked back a couple of times for new flight info and new room number (required by the resort). Great service and thanks for making it easy during an emergency.

Nous sommes arriver à l’aéroport de punta cana avec 2h de retard et notre chauffeur était bien là ! Il avait suivi notre vol pour être certain de ne pas nous manquer. Il nous a fait jouer de la bonne musique en route et nous a montrer quelque activités à faire . Durand ce temps on profite de notre semaine et attendrons notre chauffeur pour le retour a l’aéroport
