we went on a rick springfield fan getaway and had a blast. the resort had lots of fun things for all ages. loved the pools and seeing the ocean but didn't like going to the beach outside of special concert because of people wanting to sell you stuff. it's easy to get around on the resort property with the gulf cart transportation. we missed the whole water park section because we did not see it until our shuttle service back to the airport. we had a beautiful room not to far from the elevator and where our room was located we didn't have to walk that far to get back to the lobby.

Eu contratei a Viator para um translado do aeroporto de Punta Cana para o hotel Hard Rock e foi tudo bem, saímos do aeroporto já estavam nos esperando e deu tudo certo. Resolvi então contratar com eles também o translado da volta. Deixaram nos esperando na porta do hotel por 40 minutos!! Mandei várias mensagens, não respondiam, depois de 30 minutos então eu disse que iria pegar um Taxi então me responderam que a van chegaria em 4 minutos aguardamos por mais 10 minutos aí eles chegaram. Quanto a pontualidade nota zero e quanta a atenção em responder as mensagens também nota zero. Não indico para ninguém.

Had a lovely time. My husband and I really enjoyed our time and the wedding we attended was absolutely beautiful.
