Our annual trip to Hard rock Punta Cana gave us so much pleasure. Our butler Jose Lugo provided excellent customer service. Jose is a welcoming, warm guy. He is easy to talk with as if you have known him forever. Jose checked in daily to address any concerns or arrange activities for us. We will certainly request him on our next visit.

Food Fabulous. Restaurants are staffed with Gracious waters and waitresses. Above All standing Very Tall is a Special Individual by the name of Orlando. He can't be missed dark handsome at over 6 ft. 4in. You can't miss him he seems to be Everywhere at once. Looks like the Actor Vin Diesel. The Chef's prepare Top Quality Gourmet food. Amazing. Tasty, Fresh,Exotic. The Tropical Landscaping is So Gorgeous,beyond anything imaginable. You Need to go there and see what it is to be treated like Royalty. It's Like going to Heaven while enjoying your Life here on this earth.
