Charles is the best host from any company that I have booked with. He personally took us on the tours and made out trip very enjoyable. This was the second time that I booked with NYCE. I definitely recommend booking with this company if you want great service.

Let me start by saying we were not the happiest with our trip to Punta Cana because of resort issues, we felt uncomfortable, but this was one of the excursions we had chosen to take, and I am so glad that we did! Our tour guide Charles Edwards was the absolute best! He toured us around the city, and took us to some great place to purchase souvenirs. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us in-site into the history of the Dominican Republic as well, and after all that, he chose THE BEST place to for is to have lunch. A birthday getaway that started off sour, ended sweetly, and that is all thanks to Mr. Edwards. He made us feel like family!

Charles is the best tour guide we've ever had. He was able to answer all our questions, he was very professional and funny. I will book all my excursions with him whenever we visit Punta Cana again.
