We just got back from 6 days at Live Aqua Punta Cana where we went to relax and recharge. We went to this hotel as we had previously visited Live Aqua Cancun 3x. Live Aqua Punta Cana is beautiful - we loved the pathway/walk to the pools/beach, we loved the beach and the quiet pools, the Michael Jackson show is fantastic, and above all we loved the staff. We are very grateful for the amazing service we received from all, especially from: - Julio at Huzur for breakfast (we loved his kindness and the Dominican breakfast requested for us); - we loved our lunches at MIraflores with Daibinson (he is super professional and he always made sure our Aperol Spritz’ were to our taste!) - we were super grateful to have Reynaldo as our butler; he was always ready and available to help us with any request or question, and always with a big smile and fun personality. - we had so much fun in the evenings hanging out with Frank at the VIP lounge; he made amazing cocktails and always made us laugh a ton. - thanks to Kissairy for her professionalism and kindness. She was SO sweet and surprised us with a bday cake for my husband! - BIG thank you to Rosaida at Chez Rose who knew we weren’t happy with a couple of bad dishes and made it up to us with a delicious custom made dinner, cocktail and romantic table. Rosaida is sweet, thoughtful, attentive and smart…she knew we weren’t happy with the food and sought to make it better so that we left happy. I normally don’t write reviews but wanted to do this as the staff at Live Aqua Punta Cana are the kindest, warmest people that go beyond the call of duty to make sure their clients are happy. And again, the hotel, the landscape and the beach are all beautiful. The only note that to call out is that the food can use some improvement; while we had some good meals, overall it’s not at the level of its beauty and the great staff. This place has only been around for 2+ years so I am sure they will get there. Thank you again!

The buildings of the hotel are beautiful, the water pools all around the rooms is great. The smell in the rooms was very strong. It was like the smell you would have underground. I complained a couple of times and they came back with a small perfume atomizer. The drinks are not great The service is good.

Hector was the best every day! Always knew what we drank and always had two more for us before we even asked.
