I booked a round trip pickup, and My pickup from the airport to the resort was extremely easy. However, my driver never confirmed my pickup to go back to the airport, so when I reached out I was told sorry you have to taxi, contact the booking service and figure it out. I think because I didn't book any other excursion through him that he tried to sell, he didn't find it worth it to finish the commitment.

My driver was good, but overall the company give him the wrong directions having us get turn around multiples making a 10-15 min ride turn into an hr long ride. Just wasn’t professional at all.

I had an excellent travel experience with this service provider. They picked me up at my door as scheduled. The driver was very pleasant and provided me the Wi-Fi password so I could stay connected during my travel. When I arrived at my destination he opened the door for me and retrieved my luggage. I highly recommend this company if you need transportation during your stay in the Dominican Republic.
