We used Gray Line at our hotel, the Westin, to book us a Road Runners trip that featured a "horseback riding" segment. Not only was it just a five minute ride, but the disturbing aspect was that the tour used emaciated and overworked horses, which ruined the rest of the trip for us. It was awful to see the abuse. They also allowed two grossly obese people on our excursion to get on the poor horses and expect to ride. Shame on Gray Line and Road Runners to allow this to happen.
