Transportation company affiliated this tour are the worst. Very unprofessional. Tried calling them them (2x) and calls went to voicemail as they never came to pick my finance and i at our resort. We made sure to arrive at the lobby 20 mins prior to scheduled pick up. Requested a refund and will never book again nor go to the Don Lucas Factory. Poor poor service.

The driver never showed up. I waited 2 hours and sent multiple messages and never received a response. I did end up arranging my own transportation to Din Lucas. The is a high end cigar shop with amazing cigars.
