She did not show up even though we had a day and time reserved. It was a big miscommunication but since she was the professional should have been her explaining how things are to go. She never showed because my daughter didn’t confirm? What’s to confirm if I booked a specific date at a specific time and paid for it. She cancelled the booking for non confirmation most unprofessional crap I’ve ever seen. Why wouldn’t you show up at your appointed day and time. Completely ruined this graduation, birthday photo session. They ended up taking the pics of each other themselves. Way to capture the moment. Communication difficulties start to finish.
