This company was not authorized to pick us up at the hotel lobby, we had to go to the main gate to meet the driver. This we were made aware of minutes before the arranged pickup time

Très mauvaise expérience. A fuir. Arrivée à l'aéroport, il a fallu chercher longtemps !!!!! Quand je trouve enfin l'opérateur, enfin un représentant de l'opérateur, il m'emmène vers une voiture toute cassée, tellement vieille que les ceintures de sécurité ne fonctionnent même pas, avec des sièges déchirés, sans eau ni wifi comme indiqué! Un chauffeur qui ne parle pas un mot de français ni d'anglais alors qu'il était écrit que j'aurai un guide français, il m'a emmené dans un hôtel qui n'avait rien à voir avec celui réservé. Il a fallu que je lui fasse un dessin pour lui expliquer le nom de mon hôtel. J'ai payé un aller retour à 45€ qui ne les vaut pas et quand je demande un remboursement, évidemment ce n'est pas possible. Vous êtes une bande de voleur. À fuir loin très loin. Ils sont malhonnête. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, elle doit dater de 45 ans tellement ça n'a rien à voir
