The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our driver. Spoke to him 4 times and kept telling us 5 minutes, 2 minutes and at the end was at the lobby which he wasn’t. Was lucky enough to get a ride with another transfer company. Never again!

Horrific experience. We had 2 incidents with this company. 1. Due to a delay at the hotel checkout we boarded the transportation van 20min late. The driver proceeded to fight and harass us (a group of 7 women) demanding we pay him a “fee” for being late. I told him I had no problem paying fee via Viator, yet he called his boss who also harassed us on speaker phone because they wanted the money paid directly to them. Because we did not comply the driver became enraged and drove recklessly all the way to the airport. He ran red lights, drove on the wrong side of the road and nearly crashed multiple times while laughing and taunting us when we asked for him to slow down. At the airport he purposely left us at the wrong terminal and threw our luggage off the van.
2. The van that picked us up was not the one pictured. It was a white van that was run down and would shut off when it was going through speed bumps.
I believe because we were all women they thought they could get away with such behavior. I have reported the driver and company and they should no longer be in business.

Nothing special here older model vehicle but got me to the hotel safely. OK vehicle was run down a bit, could have been cleaner, inappropriate music in my opinion, and I wasn't to receptive to them constantly trying to sale me something.
