We were 4 hours delayed leaving Toronto and we were so very happy to see our guy waiting for us with a sign. I was able to communicate with them via What's App which was great and they assured us that they track the flight times which was comforting. This company was a good price and very reliable. This is my second time using their service and I would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you :)

Carlos and Jose from friendly host did a great job! They met us at the airport with a sign of my name, they were super funny and had great recommendations for the DR given it was our first time in the country. Will definitely be using their services again. They were super reliable and helped us if we had any questions :)

Everything was great. From contact via WhatsApp before the trip, pick-up from Airport with a lovely name sign to the delivery to hotel. The driver was nice, asked for favorite music, and drove safe. I highly recommend!
