The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Our transfer services are personalized, private and direct to your destination, with the intention of providing an excellent service.
A Vacation On RD Representative will pick you up at the place established by you, be properly identified with the company's logo and with your name written on a poster.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I purchased a roundtrip transfer with Vacation on RD via Marriott Bonvoy Tours and Activities. Upon arrival to Punta Cana the pick-up transportation was clean, the driver held a sign with my name, he was very friendly and informative. The problem that I encountered was with scheduling transportation from the hotel to the airport. I began contacting Vacation on RD three days prior to my departure for pick-up information, they did not respond until one day before my departure and only after I contacted Marriott to inquire about the company's lack of communication. When the company replied they informed me that they would pick me up from the hotel at 1pm for my 3pm flight. When I replied that airport arrival should be three hours from departure and asked for an earlier pick-up time, Vacation on RD did not respond to me and did not arrive to pick me up until 1pm. We ran into a little traffic on the way to the airport and did not arrive to the airport until approximately 140pm. For this reason I would likely not use Vacation on RD again.

The Driver was on time and friendly. He even made a quick stop for us to grab some food on the way out of the resort.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
