Despite providing initial good service the communications are awful. I have sent multiple emails with zero response. I will be seeking another provider due to this situation. Punta Cana Mike will not be pleased with this turn of events with Emmanuel.

Bad service. No contact info in the reservation. Nobody with the clear sign waiting for me. Took me more than 20 minutes to figure it out how to contact the service and another 20 or more minutes to start moving. The driver was great

This was our 5th and sadly last transfer with them. Started using before Covid when PC Mike had handed it over to Emanuel and first couple were excellent as written in my previous review. Our 3rd was a messed up with a wrong date inputted by them but they made up for that so gave them their mulligan. 4th was good no hiccups. Sadly this last trip was a nightmare. We arrived and were ahead of the game airport customs was quick as was our baggage. We arrived outside with someone holding our name card so far so good. We were told 10 minute wait not ideal but we were a few minutes early as long as we beat the transfer bus all good right? Well here he comes and we load up our stuff and there are 2 other people put with us again not ideal but if same resort all good. Wrong! We had preordered beverages which were not on hand nor as in the past handed to us on route and the 2 other people were going to a totally different resort and were dropped first! 20 minutes away from our resort so transfer was over an hour. Called Emanuel and had him speak to his driver as his english was almost non existent and he hung up with no apology of any sort and we still had to pay the driver minus the beverages. I believe this business has gone down the drain and would never recommend them. Do yourself a favor buy your own beverages at the airport or on route and take a cab. Cheaper and no disappointed van full of people.
