Once again, I want to highlight our rep Orvin Medina!!! From the time we landed to our return back to the airport, Orvin was there!! He booked our ground transportation to & from the airport. Our driver was waiting for us & safely transported us in a clean, air conditioned passenger van.
They provided special attention to my girlfriend who needed help with her cane. AWESOME customer service!!

Our representative Jorge was extremely helpful. We would keep in touch through my preferred communication. He helped answer any questions I had whether about the trip or different parts of the island. He was so helpful with booking the excursions as well as followed up the next day about the experience. We received private round-trip transfer from the airport to the hotel. I’m glad I used them and had a great rep as Jorge.

Our bus was slightly delayed picking us up and I was given Vasco’s number. He answered right away and was quick to give us an update. When the bus was delayed further we called him back and provided an update and reassurance our airport transportation was coming. Highly recommend asking for Vasco as your nexsus travel sunwing rep.
