We pre booked and paid ahead of time. Pick up at airport was ok. We were directed to the van then the driver left for a few minutes without explanation. Our return trip to airport was scheduled ahead of time for 12:30pm. They contacted me just before 12:30 and said they won’t be able to arrive until at least 12:50. We were then told to just get a taxi when I said any further delay would not be ok. Not a reliable company.

Be prepared to get muddy!! Really fun crew and well organized. Definitely something to do once while you’re here. These aren’t Polaris carts so they don’t have much suspension and a pretty rough ride. Still fun and don’t regret doing it!
