When I got to the airport the guide said I would have to pay an extra $60. I ended up canceling because this was not what was said when I paid for my shuttle. I paid for the shuttle round trip for $60 and they wanted me to pay another $60 making the shuttle $120 round trip. What a rip off scam.

Signed up for airport transfer to resort.. will call it, Enjoy. Night before we travel get text asking for more money as there was another location booked in addition Enjoy Puta Cana. I replied that was impossible as it only ask for pick up and drop off. Come to find out it was Diamond transport that I was texting with. I called Viator and explained the issue and stated that I have zero idea where this other information as I requested from Puta Can airport to Enjoy Puta Cana. I was hung up on by the representative of Viator. I would never suggest using such an unprofessional scamming company.

Walking through the gauntlet of tours, taxis and sales pitches, it was easy to find the Diamond sign with my name clearly called out. Transfer to the resort was smooth. On the return trip our transfer was waiting for us when we checked out, and we were at the airpot without delay. Highly recommend Diamond for Punta Cana transport.
