Flight arrived on time but the line at customs was long. I got a text while in line that my transportation would be canceled without a refund if I did not pay $40. It was at night and I had my kids so a paid… a scam ! The lady pictured is the scammer from the company.

Horrible customer service. They will NOT have the transport waiting for you at the airport. When you arrive they will have some flaky representative that then will check your email receipt and will then try to locate a driver for you. She speaks hardly any English and has a horrible attitude. Her name is Sinahy. She’ll then tell you that you transport is 15-20 minutes away bc they can’t wait at the airport, while you watch all the normal happy travelers with drivers holding signs and taking them straight to their vehicles. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE to avoid wasting time and money. I ended up having to use a taxi after waiting for 20 minutes and no vehicle arriving. The people in front of us were in the same boat - duped into thinking a driver was to be there ready to take them when they landed.

Would not recommend. I booked through a third party website (id90.com), put in my to and from locations (Punta Cana Airport and Breathless resort), and paid. All was well on the trip to the hotel, but on the way back to the airport I received a WhatsApp message saying that our pickup location was further than they anticipated and that we had to pay an extra $25. We said no, but they kept insisting. The driver brought it up on the way to the airport, so we just gave him the cash to avoid a scene. Buyer beware.
