Would not recommend. I booked through a third party website (id90.com), put in my to and from locations (Punta Cana Airport and Breathless resort), and paid. All was well on the trip to the hotel, but on the way back to the airport I received a WhatsApp message saying that our pickup location was further than they anticipated and that we had to pay an extra $25. We said no, but they kept insisting. The driver brought it up on the way to the airport, so we just gave him the cash to avoid a scene. Buyer beware.

Totally lousy service, 0 communication and customer engagement. They never looked for me at the hotel and I had to take a taxi. Don't use it! A total scam

Don't take this taxi service. We had arranged and paid for everything in advance. Upon our arrival with delay (which we had informed via app contact) we had to pay a ridiculous amount extra. So a scam
