Second time using SOL CANA for a Private Transport from Punta Cana airport. Upon arrival we were met by Nelson who took us to the pick up spot. Unfortunately as in our previous trip there was an issue getting a driver/vehicle there on time. This was sorted out in about 15 minutes, no ideally what were hoping for and the same experience as our past visit. That said, the vehicle was new, spotlessly clean and the driver got us to our destination ZOETRY AGUA with no issues. It terms of pick for our return the driver Christian was there before our pick up time once again in a new spotlessly clean vehicle. Christian was friendly and professional in delivering us to the airport in a stress free manner. I would recommend Sol Cana for a Private Transfer but, I also think they could do much better in ensuring the pick up vehicle arrives at the airport in a timely fashion. Perhaps calling the driver to attend from the parking lot as soon as the customer arrives at the meeting point. Then hopefully the vehicle will arrive just as the guests reach the pick up point.

I would like to say that I met a new friend in Victor Tavares!!! He was on time picking me and my friend up from the resort. We started small talk and he knew I wanted to get my mother in love a gift but was unable to, he detoured and took me to a spot and I got exactly what I wanted and made it to the airport in time. We chatted about our family and kids and exchanged WhatsApp information by the end of the ride. I would definitely recommend Victor for all your transportation need in DR!
