They booked the wrong day to pick up and did not fix it, and when I asked for a refund they hung out the phone on me.

We were a bit skeptical about this company after reading some negative reviews. After using them for a transfer from the airport to our hotel and back in Punta Cana, we were so pleased! They communicated in advance and even sent a picture of who to look for when we arrived! The vehicles were nice and clean, the drivers professional and on time. We would recommend them and use them again!
