Punctual, professional meet & greet, very polite, clean van with AC (and music if you wish), nice & pleasant ride both ways. I booked a round trip for 2 people on TripAdvisor site through Viator tours, transportation provided by Diamond Tours. My flight from JFK to Punta Cana airport was 2 hours delayed. Diamond tours called me as soon as my plane landed in Punta Cana. What a relief! We received an excellent service at the airport and on the way to Breathless Resort. A day before the departure, Diamond tours contacted me to confirm the time. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier. What a surprise! The driver was professional as well as the service.

Starling Samuel was wonderful, very professional and made getting around the Dominican Republic incredibly easy & efficient -we had a transfer from samana to punta cana and my fiancé was comfortable enough to sleep the whole way - thank you for making the ride so enjoyable and easy for us :-)

We booked a private shuttle to and from the airport and the service was good. On the way back to the airport, there was also Wi-Fi in the van. One thing, someone else offered us water or beer when we got in the shuttle at the airport and we didn’t realize it was not included.
