Trip to the hotel from PC Airport was quick and the bus driver was professional. The transportation bus wasn't in the great condition but it was functional. The driver knew which route to take without my directions. The bus drive was safe although the driver drove a bit fast.

My family waited about 35 minutes for their ride to arrive!!! I booked this service for them to skip the Bus lines however all buses left then their ride showed up after 35 minutes!!!! I read some reviews on here about the same issue but I was hoping that it won’t happen to us but it did!!! So it seems it is a routine issue for this company!!!!!! So be careful!!!!!
